Who we are
These Terms govern your access to the Vipex website, the PhaPha app, and related services. "Vipex", "we", and "our" refer to Vipex Technology Company Limited in Ha Noi, Vietnam.
Section 01
Terms specific to the PhaPha app
PhaPha is a companion app intended for people aged 16 or older. You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the app under these Terms.
1Not a medical service
Content in PhaPha, including AI-generated responses, is for companionship and general information only. It may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your circumstances and must not be used to diagnose, prescribe, change medication, decide dosage, or replace professional advice. Contact a qualified professional when needed and call 115 in an emergency in Vietnam.
2Content you provide
You are responsible for content you submit and confirm that you have the right to submit it. You allow Vipex to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the functions you request, in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Do not submit unlawful content, infringe another person's rights, or provide another person's information without permission.
3Availability and changes
PhaPha may be updated, suspended, or changed for maintenance, security, or service improvement. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every AI response will be accurate. If a material change affects your rights, we will provide appropriate notice in the app or on the website.
4Stopping use and deleting data
You may stop using PhaPha at any time and delete your data at Account → Delete my data. We may restrict access when necessary to protect users or systems or to comply with law. Deletion and retention are governed by the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use
You agree not to disrupt, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to this website, our systems, or other users’ use of the site. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or any applicable law.
Section 03
Content & intellectual property
All content we publish on this site — text, design, code, logos, marks — belongs to Vipex or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other IP laws. You may not copy, modify, republish, or commercially redistribute any of it without our written consent.
1Third-party imagery
Some illustrations on this site come from free stock-image libraries. We attribute creators where the source licence requires it. We do not claim ownership of any third-party content; all rights remain with the original creators. If you believe your work was used without proper attribution, email contact@vipex.vn and we will address it promptly.

Service provided “as is”
This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that:

the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;
any information on the site is accurate, complete, or reliable;
errors on the site will be corrected.
We may rely on third-party infrastructure (hosting, CDN, analytics). Their acts or omissions are outside our control, and we are not liable for losses caused by them.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vipex is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages — including loss of profits, business, goodwill, data, or use — arising from your use of (or inability to use) this site, any technical malfunction, unauthorized access to your data, or the conduct of third parties in relation to the site.
Our aggregate liability under these Terms or in connection with your use of the site is capped at USD 1,000 or the fees you have paid Vipex in the preceding 12 months, whichever is lower.
